We produce succulent, nutritious pasture raised, grass fed premium lamb from the lush green pastures of the central New York hill country. High in niacin, iron, zinc, vitamins B6 and 12, selenium, and omega 6 fatty acids, our lamb transfers this nutrition directly to you off of our fertile pastures. We raise our flock with ethical practices and make sure they are responsibly cared for. Everything we do is with your health, nutrition, and enjoyment in mind. We want to allow you to have peace of mind in knowing where and how your meat was raised. You can purchase any of our products in our online store! We don’t do any of the following:
